picture is totally different than actual carafe. Although I ordered the wrong model carafe, it looked exactly like the right one. The KFK 10L is not the same as the KFK500 10 CUP. I was so disappointed. Lost shipping both ways. I could have purchased the one sent in Walmart for the same price and saved $10 on shipping. The company I dealt with did not even have a return label with it. Had to go crazy sending it back! Either change the look of the picture or specify that it is not for the KFK 500 model.
I ordered a KFK10L and received the item pictured above instead, which is actually a KFK10FL B. I have contacted the vendor through the order page. I am sure the problem will be reconciled, but they should really fix their database regarding the two parts mentioned. In the meantime, buyer beware.
